Tweed retail was about taking a brand from a two dimensional space and creating an interactive 3D environment where consumers had the ability to experience shopping for cannabis in a way that had never been done before. The stores needed to be cost efficient in order to scale while also keeping it adaptable as we continued to learn more about how the cannabis consumer shops. The result was an elevated experience that felt comfortable and very much unlike the grey market shops found in the illegal cannabis shops prior to legalization.
